Mr. Nipun brings over 36 years of hands-on experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry. He began his professional journey in 1990 and spent more than a decade in leadership and operational roles at some of India’s leading IVD companies. During these formative years, he led multidisciplinary teams, built robust commercial functions, and worked closely with technical teams to drive sustainable product growth.
Through deep engagement with both national and international clients, Mr. Nipun gained first-hand exposure to India’s distribution ecosystem and the real-world challenges faced by end-users. This on-ground experience shaped his strong troubleshooting capabilities and a practical understanding of market requirements for medical diagnostic devices.
Driven by a clear vision to strengthen and scale the Indian IVD ecosystem, Mr. Nipun founded Diagnostic System in 2002. His goal was to bridge the gap between global-quality diagnostic solutions and Indian laboratories by making high-quality products accessible, dependable, and consistently supported through reliable after-sales service.
Under his leadership and long-term industry perspective, Diagnostic System has grown steadily since its inception and today serves over 300 annual customers, with its business partner portfolio expanding eightfold.

Diagnostic System became a trusted channel partner for major players like DiaSys, Bio-Rad, Labtech Disposables, and Accumax, managing defined territories across India. Building on this foundation, the company later became a nationwide channel partner for AMP Medizintechnik GmbH.
Formed Diagnostic System Healthcare as a sister company to cater to the diverse needs of healthcare professionals.
Collaborated with global brands including Mindray, Shenzhen Emperor, Gesan Production Srl, Caretium, Giesse Diagnostics, and Aptec Diagnostics to provide automated analyzers, ELISA systems, hematology instruments, and specialty chemistry reagents to Indian end-users.
Strengthened and diversified product offerings by partnering with Neuation Technologies, Nucleus Diagnosys LLP, and AV Consumables.
Built a strong customer base for Fully Automated ELISA Workstations, upgraded HbA1c testing systems, automated blood banking solutions, and more.
